مقدمة
Kidzi ("نحن") تطبيقٌ يساعد الوالدين ومقدّمي الرعاية المدعوّين على متابعة صحة الطفل الرضيع وروتينه اليومي. يوضّح هذا الإشعار بلغةٍ بسيطة البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها، وسبب جمعها، ومن يمكنه الاطّلاع عليها، وأين تُخزَّن، وحقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). ينطبق هذا الإشعار على تطبيق Kidzi وعلى هذا الموقع.
1. الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك (مراقب البيانات)
مراقب البيانات هو Kidzi، ومقرّه الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. لأي استفسار يتعلق بالخصوصية أو لممارسة حقوقك، تواصل عبر kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها، وممّن نجمعها
نجمع البيانات التالية، والتي يُدخِلها الوالد (صاحب الحساب) ومقدّمو الرعاية الذين يدعوهم الوالد إلى العائلة نفسها:
- بيانات الحساب والملف الشخصي (من الوالد): الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول التي تُدار عبر Firebase (خدمة المصادقة من Google).
- بيانات الطفل (يُدخِلها الوالد ومقدّمو الرعاية المدعوّون): اسم الطفل وتاريخ ميلاده وجنسه؛ وسجلات الصحة والروتين — الرضاعة والتغذية، والنوم، والحفاضات، والأدوية والجرعات، وقياسات النمو (الوزن والطول ومحيط الرأس)، والتطعيمات، وأي ملاحظات أو أعراض تُضاف؛ ومعلومات حساسية الطعام التي يقدّمها الوالد.
نحن لا نشتري بياناتك ولا نجمعها من أطراف أخرى؛ فكل هذه البيانات تُدخِلها أنت أو مقدّمو الرعاية الذين تدعوهم.
3. بيانات صحية للأطفال ذات فئة خاصة
جزءٌ كبير مما سبق هو بيانات صحية للأطفال، ويعامله نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية بوصفه بياناتٍ شخصية حسّاسة. نتعامل معه بعنايةٍ إضافية ولا نستخدمه إلا للأغراض الموضّحة أدناه.
4. لماذا نعالج بياناتك، والأساس النظامي
نعالج هذه البيانات فقط لتحقيق الغرض الأساسي من التطبيق: تمكينك من تسجيل صحة طفلك وروتينه اليومي وعرضها وتنظيمها، ومشاركتها مع مقدّمي الرعاية الذين تختارهم، وتلقّي التذكيرات والتنبيهات.
الأساس النظامي لمعالجتنا هو موافقتك الصريحة بوصفك وليّ أمر الطفل، والتي تمنحها عند إنشاء الحساب وإعداد ملف طفلك. ولأن الأمر يتعلق ببياناتٍ صحية لطفل، فإننا نعتمد على الموافقة الصريحة للوالد نيابةً عن الطفل. ويمكنك سحب هذه الموافقة في أي وقت (انظر القسمين 9 و10).
5. المساعد الذكي
يتضمّن التطبيق مساعدًا ذكيًا اختياريًا يساعدك على تسجيل الإدخالات والإجابة عن الأسئلة العامة. عند استخدامه، يُرسَل النص (وأي صورة) الذي ترسله إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي لدينا، OpenRouter، لإنشاء الرد؛ وقد يشمل ذلك سياقًا صحيًا تكتبه. المساعد مخصّص للمتابعة والتنظيم فقط.
Kidzi لا يقدّم استشارات طبية. المعلومات المعروضة لأغراض التتبع والتنظيم فقط. للحالات الصحية، استشر طبيب الأطفال.
6. من يمكنه الاطّلاع على بياناتك
بيانات طفلك مرئيةٌ فقط لـ (أ) أنت، الوالد/صاحب الحساب، و(ب) مقدّمي الرعاية الذين تدعوهم بنفسك إلى عائلتك. لا يرى مقدّم الرعاية إلا العائلة التي دُعي إليها، وفقط الأقسام التي تسمح بها. لا يستطيع أي مستخدمٍ آخر ولا أي عائلةٍ أخرى الاطّلاع على بياناتك. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلان.
7. مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا
لتشغيل الخدمة نستعين بعددٍ محدود من المزوّدين الموثوقين، الذين يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا فقط:
- Render — استضافة التطبيق وقاعدة البيانات الرئيسية (فرانكفورت، الاتحاد الأوروبي)
- Cloudflare R2 — تخزين مؤقت لصور الطعام (الاتحاد الأوروبي)
- Firebase (Google) — تسجيل الدخول والمصادقة
- Expo — الإشعارات الفورية إلى جهازك
- OpenRouter — المساعد الذكي (يُستخدم فقط عند استخدامك لهذه الميزة)
8. أين تُخزَّن بياناتك، ونقلها خارج الحدود
تُستضاف بياناتك خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا) — على Render (قاعدة البيانات) وCloudflare R2 (صور الطعام). وقد تُعالَج طلبات المساعد الذكي عبر OpenRouter خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي، بما في ذلك في الولايات المتحدة وجهاتٍ أخرى. وهذا يعني أن بياناتك الشخصية — بما فيها بيانات طفلك الصحية — تُنقَل إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي وتُخزَّن فيه. نعتمد على موافقتك الصريحة على هذا النقل خارج الحدود، ونستخدم مزوّدين يطبّقون تدابير أمنية قوية وتشفيرًا أثناء النقل والتخزين. ونعتزم دراسة خيارات الاستضافة داخل المملكة مع نمو الخدمة.
9. مدة الاحتفاظ ببياناتك، وحقك في الحذف
نحتفظ بسجلات طفلك طالما ظل حسابك نشطًا، أو إلى أن تطلب حذفها. أما صور الطعام فهي مؤقتة وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد نحو 48 ساعة من التقاطها. وعند حذفك لحسابك أو لسجلات طفلك، نزيلها من أنظمتنا النشطة؛ وتُحذف النسخ المتبقية في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة خلال مدةٍ محدودة. يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف حسابك وبيانات طفلك في أي وقت عبر مراسلة kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
10. حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، لك الحق في:
- العلم بكيفية استخدام بياناتك (هذا الإشعار)
- الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك وعن طفلك
- تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة
- حذف بياناتك
- سحب موافقتك في أي وقت (يوقف ذلك المعالجة المستقبلية دون أن يؤثّر على ما تمّ بصفةٍ نظامية من قبل)
لممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، راسِلنا على kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com؛ وسنردّ خلال المدة التي يحدّدها النظام. ولك أيضًا الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة في المملكة (الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي — سدايا).
11. التعديلات على هذا الإشعار
إذا عدّلنا هذا الإشعار، فسنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وسنُخطرك داخل التطبيق عند الاقتضاء.

Kidzi — Privacy Notice

Introduction
Kidzi ("we", "us") is a bilingual mobile app that helps parents and their invited caregivers track an infant's daily health and routine. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, who can see it, where it is stored, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). It applies to the Kidzi mobile app and this website.
1. Who is responsible for your data (Data Controller)
The data controller is Kidzi, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect, and from whom
We collect the following, entered by the parent (account holder) and by the caregivers the parent invites into the same family:
- Account & profile (from the parent): name, email address, and sign-in details managed through Firebase (Google's authentication service).
- Child data (entered by the parent and invited caregivers): the child's name, date of birth and gender; health and routine records — feeding, sleep, diapers, medicines and doses, growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference), vaccinations, and any notes or symptoms added; and food-allergy information the parent provides.
We do not buy your data or collect it from third parties. All of it is entered by you or the caregivers you invite.
3. Special-category child health data
Much of the above is children's health data, which PDPL treats as sensitive personal data. We handle it with extra care and use it only for the purposes described below.
4. Why we process your data, and our lawful basis
We process this data only to provide the app's core purpose: letting you record, view and organise your child's health and daily routine, share it with the caregivers you choose, and receive reminders and alerts.
Our lawful basis is your explicit consent as the child's parent/guardian, given when you create an account and set up your child's profile. Because this is children's health data, we rely on the explicit consent of the parent acting on the child's behalf. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 9 and 10).
5. The AI assistant
The app includes an optional AI assistant that helps you log entries and answer general questions. When you use it, the text (and any photo) you send is transmitted to our AI provider, OpenRouter, to generate a response; this may include health-related context you type. The assistant is for tracking and organisation only.
Kidzi does not provide medical advice. Information shown is for tracking and organisation only. For health concerns, consult your pediatrician.
6. Who can see your data
Your child's data is visible only to (a) you, the parent/account holder, and (b) the caregivers you personally invite into your family. A caregiver can only see the family they were invited to, and only the sections you permit. No other user, and no other family, can see your data. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
7. Service providers who process data for us
To run the service we use a small number of trusted providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Render — application hosting and the main database (Frankfurt, EU)
- Cloudflare R2 — temporary storage of food photos (EU)
- Firebase (Google) — sign-in and authentication
- Expo — push notifications to your device
- OpenRouter — the AI assistant (only when you use that feature)
8. Where your data is stored, and cross-border transfer
Your data is hosted outside Saudi Arabia, in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) — on Render (database) and Cloudflare R2 (food photos). AI assistant requests are handled by OpenRouter and may be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States and other jurisdictions. This means your personal data — including your child's health data — is transferred to and stored in the EU. We rely on your explicit consent for this cross-border transfer, and we use providers that apply strong security and encryption in transit and at rest. We plan to review Saudi-based hosting options as the service grows.
9. How long we keep your data, and your right to delete
We keep your child's records for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete them. Food photos are temporary and are automatically deleted about 48 hours after they are taken. When you delete your account or a child's records, we remove them from our active systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are deleted within a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account and your child's data at any time by contacting kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
10. Your rights under PDPL
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is used (this notice)
- Access the personal data we hold about you and your child
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time (this stops future processing but does not affect processing already carried out lawfully)
To exercise any of these rights, email kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com; we will respond within the period required by law. You also have the right to complain to the competent Saudi authority (SDAIA).
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
