مقدمة
Kidzi ("نحن") تطبيق يساعد الوالدين ومقدمي الرعاية المدعوين على متابعة صحة الطفل وروتينه اليومي، ويساعد الأم كذلك على متابعة دورتها وحملها. يوضح هذا الإشعار بلغة بسيطة البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها، وسبب جمعها، ومن يمكنه الاطلاع عليها، وأين تخزن، ومتى تحذف، وحقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). ينطبق هذا الإشعار على تطبيق Kidzi وعلى هذا الموقع.
1. الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك (جهة التحكم)
جهة التحكم هي Kidzi، ومقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. لأي استفسار يتعلق بالخصوصية أو لممارسة الحقوق الواردة أدناه، يمكن التواصل عبر kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب والملف الشخصي: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول التي تدار عبر Firebase (خدمة المصادقة من Google).
- بيانات الطفل: الاسم وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس؛ وسجلات الرضاعة والتغذية، والنوم، والحفاضات، والأدوية والجرعات، وقياسات النمو، والتطعيمات، والمواعيد، والملاحظات، ومعلومات حساسية الطعام.
- بيانات الأم عن نفسها: عند استخدام هذه الميزات — تاريخ آخر دورة وطولها ومدتها، وبيانات الحمل (تاريخ الولادة المتوقع، وسجل الوزن، وعداد الانقباضات).
- الصور والمستندات: صورة الملف الشخصي للطفل، وصور الطعام، وصور علب الدواء، وصور بطاقات التطعيم أو ملف سجل التطعيمات بصيغة PDF عند استخدام ميزة المسح.
- اقتراحات المنتجات (لحسابات محدودة): ميزة متاحة لحسابات مختارة فقط. عند تفعيلها نسجل المنتجات التي عرضناها وتلك التي نقرت عليها، مع عمر الطفل بالأشهر وجنسه اللذين استخدمناهما لاختيارها. لا نتلقى مقابلا من أي بائع، ولا نشارك هذه البيانات مع أي طرف خارجي.
- بيانات الاستخدام والأعطال: أحداث استخدام التطبيق (فتحه، والشاشات التي تزار)، وتقارير الأعطال، وبيانات الأخطاء التقنية — ومعها طراز الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق ولغته، ومعرف تقني للتثبيت لا يحمل اسمك. نستخدمها لمعرفة الميزات المستخدمة فعلا ولإصلاح الأعطال، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات ولا نبيعها.
- بيانات تقنية: رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك؛ وعنوان IP ونوع المتصفح/التطبيق عند تقديم طلب حذف الحساب (نسجلهما في سجل التدقيق كإثبات نظامي).
نحن لا نشتري بياناتك ولا نجمعها من أطراف أخرى.
3. بيانات صحية ذات فئة خاصة
جزء كبير مما سبق هو بيانات صحية — للطفل وللأم — ويعامله نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية بوصفه بيانات شخصية حساسة. نتعامل معه بعناية إضافية ولا نستخدمه إلا للأغراض الموضحة أدناه.
4. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
الأساس النظامي هو موافقتك الصريحة، وتمنحها عند إنشاء الحساب عبر شاشة موافقة مفصلة. ونسجل الموافقة برقم إصدار وتاريخ منحها. ولأن الأمر يتعلق ببيانات صحية لطفل، نعتمد على موافقة ولي الأمر نيابة عنه. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت (القسمان 9 و10).
5. المساعد الذكي ومسح الصور والمستندات
يتضمن التطبيق ميزات اختيارية تعتمد على نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي: المساعد الذكي، ومسح علبة الدواء، ومسح بطاقة التطعيم أو ملف سجل التطعيمات، والتعرف على صورة الطعام، وفحص مسببات الحساسية. عند استخدامها نرسل ما تكتبه أو تصوره أو ترفعه إلى OpenRouter، وهو وسيط يوجه الطلب إلى نماذج Google Gemini.
نضبط كل طلب من طلباتنا بحيث نوجهه فقط إلى مزودين لا يجمعون البيانات ولا يستخدمونها في تدريب النماذج، وإلى نقاط خدمة تلتزم بسياسة عدم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات. ونتيجة هذا الضبط، تجري معالجة طلباتنا عبر Google Vertex. ولا يختار OpenRouter نطاقا جغرافيا محددا لكل طلب ولا يفصح عنه، لذلك لا نستطيع تحديد الدولة التي تجري فيها معالجة هذه الطلبات، ونذكر ذلك صراحة بدل الادعاء بغيره.
لا نخزن صور علب الدواء ولا صور بطاقات التطعيم ولا ملفات سجل التطعيمات لدينا إطلاقا: نرسلها للقراءة، ونحفظ النص المستخرج فقط، ثم نهمل الملف ولا نكتبه في أي مخزن.
Kidzi لا يقدم استشارات طبية. المعلومات المعروضة لأغراض التتبع والتنظيم فقط. للحالات الصحية، استشر طبيب الأطفال.
6. من يمكنه الاطلاع على بياناتك
بيانات طفلك مرئية لك ولمن تدعوه إلى عائلتك. لا يرى مقدم الرعاية إلا العائلة التي دعي إليها، وفقط الأقسام التي تسمح بها. لا تستطيع أي عائلة أخرى الاطلاع على بياناتك. ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي معلن. وإذا كانت ميزة اقتراحات المنتجات مفعلة على حسابك، فاختيار المنتجات يتم داخل أنظمتنا اعتمادا على عمر الطفل وجنسه، ويبقى سجل العرض والنقر لدينا ولا نرسله إلى أي بائع.
استثناء واحد يجب معرفته: عند حذف الحساب مع وجود والد آخر أو شريك في العائلة، فإن ملكية حساب العائلة تنتقل إليه بدل حذف بيانات الأطفال. ويصبح عندئذ مالكا كامل الصلاحية: يطلع على كل سجلات الأطفال ويصدر التقرير الطبي ويحذف ما يشاء، بما في ذلك أقسام لم تكن مشاركة معه من قبل. ونعرض عليك هذا صراحة قبل الحذف، ونخطره بانتقال الملكية.
بيانات الدورة والحمل الخاصة بك مرتبطة بحسابك أنت، ونحذفها مع حسابك، ولا تنتقل إلى أحد.
7. مزودو الخدمة
- Render — استضافة التطبيق وقاعدة البيانات الرئيسية (الولايات المتحدة — أوريغون)
- Cloudflare R2 — تخزين الصور (الاتحاد الأوروبي)
- Cloudflare Pages — استضافة هذا الموقع
- Firebase (Google) — تسجيل الدخول والمصادقة، وتحليلات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال
- Expo — الإشعارات الفورية إلى جهازك
- OpenRouter — توجيه طلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى نماذج Google (انظر القسم 5)
- Sentry — رصد الأخطاء التقنية
8. أين نخزن بياناتك، ونقلها خارج الحدود
تقع قاعدة البيانات الرئيسية — وفيها بيانات الطفل والأم الصحية — خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، في الولايات المتحدة (أوريغون) لدى Render. وتعمل خدمة التطبيق التي تعالج هذه البيانات في النطاق نفسه (أوريغون). أما الصور فنخزنها لدى Cloudflare R2 داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي تجري معالجتها في نطاق لا يفصح عنه (القسم 5).
هذا يعني أن بياناتك الشخصية، بما فيها بيانات صحية، ننقلها خارج المملكة ونخزنها في الخارج، ونعتمد على موافقتك الصريحة على هذا النقل.
البيانات مشفرة أثناء النقل. وهي مشفرة أثناء التخزين لدى مزودينا بمعيار AES-256 على مستوى الأقراص والنسخ الاحتياطية — أي أن Render وCloudflare يشفران وحدات التخزين كاملة. ولا نطبق تشفيرا إضافيا على كل حقل أو سجل على حدة داخل قاعدة البيانات. ونعتزم دراسة خيارات الاستضافة داخل المملكة مع نمو الخدمة.
9. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
- حذف الحساب — يتم من داخل التطبيق فورا ونهائيا: نحذف بياناتك وبيانات أطفالك وصورهم وهوية الدخول، ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك. وإذا كان في العائلة والد آخر أو شريك، فإننا نحذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية كما هو موضح، غير أن بيانات الأطفال لا نحذفها بل تنتقل ملكيتها إليه (القسم 6).
- حذف طفل — نهائي أيضا: نحذف كل سجلاته وصوره، بما في ذلك ما أدخله شريكك أو مقدم الرعاية.
- صور الطعام — نحذفها تلقائيا بعد نحو 48 ساعة.
- صورة الطفل الشخصية — تبقى ما دام ملف الطفل قائما، ونحذفها عند حذف الطفل أو الحساب.
- صور علب الدواء وصور بطاقات التطعيم وملفات سجل التطعيمات — لا نحتفظ بها إطلاقا: نقرأها ثم نهملها مباشرة، ولا نكتبها في أي مخزن (القسم 5).
- النسخ الاحتياطية — تحتفظ Render بنسخ احتياطية مشفرة تتيح استرجاع قاعدة البيانات إلى نقطة زمنية سابقة، لذلك قد تبقى نسخة من بياناتك في هذه النسخ الاحتياطية حتى سبعة أيام بعد الحذف، ثم تزول.
- سجل التدقيق — نحتفظ بسجل يثبت تاريخ تقديم طلب الحذف وتاريخ تنفيذه، وهو مطلوب نظاما لإثبات استجابتنا. لا يحتوي على بيانات طفلك الصحية.
10. حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)
- العلم بكيفية استخدام بياناتك (هذا الإشعار)
- الوصول إلى بياناتك — ويشمل تصدير تقرير طبي من داخل التطبيق
- التصحيح
- الحذف — متاح فورا من داخل التطبيق
- الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك
- سحب الموافقة في أي وقت

11. التعديلات على هذا الإشعار
إذا عدلنا هذا الإشعار حدثنا تاريخ "آخر تحديث" ورقم الإصدار أعلاه، ونشرنا النص المحدث على هذه الصفحة قبل العمل به. وعند تغير إصدار الموافقة المذكور أعلاه، يطلب التطبيق موافقة جديدة داخله قبل متابعة الاستخدام.

Kidzi — Privacy Notice

Introduction
Kidzi ("we", "us") is a bilingual mobile app that helps parents and their invited caregivers track a child's daily health and routine, and helps a mother track her own cycle and pregnancy. This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, who can see it, where it is stored, when it is deleted, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). It applies to the Kidzi mobile app and this website.
1. Who is responsible for your data (Data Controller)
The data controller is Kidzi, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account & profile: name, email address, and sign-in details managed through Firebase (Google's authentication service).
- Child data: name, date of birth and gender; feeding, sleep, diapers, medicines and doses, growth measurements, vaccinations, appointments, notes, and food-allergy information.
- The mother's own data: if you use those features — last period date, cycle length and period duration, and pregnancy data (due date, weight history, contraction timings).
- Images and documents: a child's profile photo, food photos, photos of medicine packs, and either a photo of a vaccination card or an uploaded PDF vaccination record when you use the scanning features.
- Product suggestions (limited accounts): a feature enabled for selected accounts only. When it is on, we record which products were shown and which were tapped, together with the child's age in months and gender used to select them. We are not paid by any retailer, and this data is not shared with any third party.
- Usage and diagnostics: app usage events (app opens and which screens are viewed), crash reports, and technical error data — together with device model, operating system, app version and language, and a technical install identifier that does not carry your name. We use this to see which features are actually used and to fix crashes. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Technical data: your device's push-notification token; and your IP address and app/browser identifier when you request account deletion, recorded in our audit log as legal evidence of the request.
We do not buy your data or collect it from third parties.
3. Special-category health data
Much of the above is health data — the child's and the mother's — which PDPL treats as sensitive personal data. We handle it with extra care and use it only for the purposes described below.
4. Our lawful basis
Our lawful basis is your explicit consent, given on a granular consent screen when you create your account. Consent is recorded with a version number and the date it was given. Because this includes children's health data, we rely on the consent of the parent or guardian acting on the child's behalf. You can withdraw consent at any time (Sections 9 and 10).
5. The AI assistant and image or document scanning
The app includes optional features powered by AI models: the assistant, medicine-pack scanning, vaccination-card and vaccination-record scanning, food-photo recognition, and allergen screening. When you use them, what you type, photograph or upload is sent to OpenRouter, a gateway that routes the request to Google Gemini models.
We configure every request so it may only be routed to providers that do not collect data or use it for model training, and only to endpoints operating under a zero-data-retention policy. In practice this routes our requests to Google Vertex. OpenRouter does not select or disclose a geographic region per request, so we cannot tell you which country these requests are processed in, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
Photos of medicine packs, photos of vaccination cards, and uploaded PDF vaccination records are never stored by us: they are sent to be read, only the extracted text is kept, and the file itself is discarded and never written to any storage.
Kidzi does not provide medical advice. Information shown is for tracking and organization only. For health concerns, consult your pediatrician.
6. Who can see your data
Your child's data is visible to you and to the people you personally invite into your family. A caregiver can only see the family they were invited to, and only the sections you permit. No other family can see your data. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any advertiser. If product suggestions are enabled on your account, the selection happens inside our own systems using the child's age and gender, and the record of what was shown and tapped stays with us — it is not sent to any retailer.
One exception you should know about: if you delete your account while another parent or partner is in your family, ownership of the family account transfers to them instead of the children's data being deleted. They then become a full owner — able to see every one of the children's records, export the medical report, and delete any of it, including sections that were not shared with them before. You are told this explicitly before the deletion goes ahead, and they are notified that ownership moved.
Your own cycle and pregnancy data belongs to your account, is deleted with it, and never transfers to anyone.
7. Service providers
- Render — application hosting and the main database (United States — Oregon)
- Cloudflare R2 — photo storage (European Union)
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting for this website
- Firebase (Google) — sign-in and authentication, plus usage analytics and crash reporting
- Expo — push notifications to your device
- OpenRouter — routing AI requests to Google models (see Section 5)
- Sentry — technical error monitoring
8. Where your data is stored, and cross-border transfer
The main database — holding the child's and the mother's health records — is stored outside Saudi Arabia, in the United States (Oregon) on Render. The application service that processes that data runs in the same region (Oregon). Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 in the European Union. AI requests are processed in an undisclosed region (Section 5).
This means your personal data, including health data, is transferred to and stored outside the Kingdom, and we rely on your explicit consent for that transfer.
Data is encrypted in transit. It is also encrypted at rest by our providers using AES-256, at the disk and backup level — that is, Render and Cloudflare encrypt whole storage volumes and backups. We do not additionally encrypt individual fields or records inside the database. We plan to review Saudi-based hosting options as the service grows.
9. Retention and deletion
- Deleting your account — done from inside the app, immediately and permanently: your data, your children's data, their photos and your sign-in identity are erased. This cannot be undone. If another parent or partner is in your family, your own account and personal data are still erased exactly as described — but the children's data is not deleted; ownership of it transfers to them (Section 6).
- Deleting a child — also permanent: every record and photo for that child is erased, including entries logged by your partner or a caregiver.
- Food photos — deleted automatically after about 48 hours.
- A child's profile photo — kept while the child's profile exists; deleted when you delete the child or your account.
- Medicine-pack photos, vaccination-card photos and uploaded PDF vaccination records — not retained at all: they are read and then discarded immediately, and never written to any storage (Section 5).
- Backups — Render keeps encrypted backups that allow the database to be restored to an earlier point in time, so a copy of your data may persist in those backups for up to seven days after deletion, and then it is gone.
- Audit record — we keep a record that a deletion was requested and carried out, and when. This is required to demonstrate that we honored your request. It does not contain your child's health data.
10. Your rights under PDPL
- Be informed about how your data is used (this notice)
- Access your data — including exporting a medical report from inside the app
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data — available immediately from inside the app
- Object to our processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email kidzi.tech.solution@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
11. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the "Last updated" date and version number above, and publish the updated text on this page before it takes effect. When the consent version shown above changes, the app asks you to consent again in-app before you continue using it.
